DTC has been responsible for the delivery of comprehensive Construction Engineering, Field Oversight, Resident Inspection and Contract administration services for over two decades. Clients include ConnDOT, FAA, Departments of the Army and Navy, Corps of Engineers, the Veterans Administration as well as municipalities, developers and businesses throughout the U.S.

The Construction Engineering Staff has hands-on knowledge in the management, inspection and oversight of civil, infrastructure, transportation and building projects with sophisticated scheduling techniques utilizing Primavera SureTrack and MS Project Manager. The teams experience with highway, arterial and bridge improvements combined with past on-call programs reinforces our ability to anticipate and deliver fast-track planning, implementation and execution. Our professionals are versed in various State and Government construction manuals, safety and associated standards and hold HAZMAT, ACI, NICET, Nuclear Density and NETTCP certifications.

This staff is able to draw from a multi-disciplinary organization. If a special requirement is to be addressed, expertise in mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, transportation, regulatory or landscape architecture is available from one of our offices in the Northeast.
