DTC design and construction services for the U.S. Army at its Portland, OR USARC Center under a $25,000,000 contract with the Louisville District of the Army Corps of Engineers. The work consisted of interior renovations and modernization, code updates, furniture packages, new finishes (floor, walls, and ceiling) which complimented new furniture and signage. In addition, DTC designed new systems for HVAC and Electrical. All design was on MicroStation, using the Furniture Design Guide and Modular Design System. The project budget was $900,000.
This project consisted of furniture package, interior elements and finishes, signage, and landscaping, with some focus on infrastructure that was incidental to the interior.
