The Bath House totaled 5,300 square feet and included a concession stand, lifeguard offices, toilets, locker/shower facilities and the pool equipment room.

The pool complex also included water slides, racing lanes, a “rain forest” water fountain and a landscaped entryway.

The systems included pool pumps and chlorination, gas fired pool heaters, UV filtering, and miscellaneous water slide/fountain features.

DTC provided all of the site/civil, structural (building & pool) and mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering design services.

DTC also managed and coordinated the work of the architectural sub-professional who laid out the bathhouse and the actual pool/deck areas including deck drains, pool concrete shells, and accessories.

All pool design was in accordance with the New York State Sanitary Code requirements and Westchester County Deptartment of Health regulations.

Site grading, parking area design and utility services infrastructure was also part of our responsibility.
