DTC performed an evaluation and design for Buildings 18 and 20 at the Air National Guard station in Orange, CT. This consisted of analyzing the existing conditions of the pre-action fire suppression systems, fire pump and fire alarm detection and alarm systems throughout the buildings and making recommendations on measures to rectify all issues.
Upon acceptance of these recommendations, DTC designed the work needed to make the improvements. A new wet sprinkler system was designed to replace the existing pre-action system, and a new wireless fire alarm transmission system was designed to report on both buildings.
