DTC along with the City of Sarasota; Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP; Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC; and Downtown Sarasota Alliance will co-host a panel discussion on “Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZ)” surrounding the City of Sarasota, Florida.

The panel discussion will provide an overview of the tax incentives for investors and the economic benefits of investment in Qualified Opportunity Zones around Sarasota. The panel will outline potential benefits including tax incentives, policies for investing in QOZ.
