DTC has surveyed, designed or inspected road and bridge projects in excess of 1 billion dollars for ConnDOT, RIDOT, NYDOT, LIRR, Amtrak, and Mass Highway, as well as municipal, development and corporate clients.

DTC’s TEA-21 program knowledge provides a valuable asset for communities and planning agencies in the migration through the TIP process in implementing important bridge, arterial, signalization, bikeway and multi-modal projects.
DTC draws upon skilled management, established quality control and state-of-the-art software which includes MicroStation, AutoCAD Land Development Desktop Release 2, ESRI ARCVIEW VS. 3.1 GIS, Construction Criteria Base (CCB), SPECSINTACT, ARMS, Maptitude, HEC-1, HEC-2, HEC-RAS, HECHMS, Staad-III/ISDS, and Microsoft Office products. Our Construction Engineering and Inspection Group has hands-on knowledge in the administration of civil works and building projects with sophisticated scheduling techniques utilizing Primavera SureTrack and MS Project Manager. The teams experience with highway, arterial and bridge improvements combined with past on call programs reinforces our ability to anticipate and deliver fast-track planning, implementation and execution. Our professionals are versed in AASHTO, MUTCD, ITE and numerous State and Government Standards and our construction engineers and inspection team hold HAZMAT, ACI, NICET, Troxler and NETTCP certifications.
