Over the past 30 years, Mr. Curtis has worked closely with private and government clients on a diverse mix of civil engineering projects. He has been responsible for all aspects of engineering design including studies, permitting, construction documents, bid assistance and construction administration. Projects have ranged in size up to $100,000,000 in overall costs.
He has been with DTC for more than 20 years and is responsible for all aspects of engineering design including studies, permitting, construction documents, bid assistance and construction administration.
Mr. Curtis, a Registered Professional Engineer, holds a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Connecticut Society of Civil Engineers, Town of Madison Plan Implementation Committee and the Town of Madison Golf Course Committee.
