Christopher_P_KoelleMr. Koelle has 15 years of experience in the field of environmental consulting and has served as a senior project manager for multiple complex and high profile projects.

He has managed numerous projects involving Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), soil and groundwater remediation, groundwater compliance monitoring, removal of underground storage tanks (USTs), and building toxin surveys (asbestos, lead-based paint, etc).

As a senior project manager, Mr. Koelle is responsible for meeting and corresponding with clients, developing scopes of work and cost estimates for all project phases, preparation of proposals, managing junior level personnel and field staff, evaluating options to bring sites to regulatory closure, and invoicing.

He has experience with the regulatory requirements of multiple states including the Connecticut Remediation Standard Regulations (RSRs), the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP), New York, Rhode Island, and Maine. He also has extensive experience with the Federal Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), specifically with the provisions associated with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).

Mr. Koelle has prepared the following reports: Phase I, II, and III ESAs, remedial action plans (RAPs), groundwater monitoring reports, final remedial action reports, and building toxin survey reports. He has prepared multiple Transfer Act and Environmental Conditions Assessment Forms associated with property transfers and enrollment of sites into the Connecticut Voluntary Remediation Program.

Mr. Koelle has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Lehigh University and a Master’s of Science in Environmental Science from the University of New Haven.

He is a licensed environmental professional with certification in:
