Wharton Brook State Park Pond Evaluation
North Haven / Wallingford, CT
DTC was retained by the Connecticut Department of Public Works and the Department of Environmental Protection to examine the causes and recommend improvements to water quality problems and sedimentation in Wharton Brook Pond at Wharton Brook State Park. The project involved extensive flow metering, water and sediment sampling, watershed inspection, and survey bathymetry.
