DTC, in conjunction with Horne Rose and Urban Design Associates, is providing services for the Housing Authority of New Haven to create a safe, viable and thoughtfully designed mixed-income neighborhood.
DTC is providing survey and site design of the 200-acre site, which includes the development of a mixed-use village green surrounded by higher density housing, neighborhood and property management services, security or police office, post office boxes, supply store, laundry, community center, day care, branch library and/or health facilities.
