Because of the condition of state funding, this fast-tracked athletic project went from design through completed construction within eight months. DTC provided all civil/site, landscape architecture, mechanical and electrical design, permitting and construction administration. The complex is part of the Chestnut Street Accelerated Middle School and occupies a former brownfield site. Facility design included 3 regulation soccer fields, parking and circulation, concessions, bleachers, lighting and irrigation.
