Norfolk Town Center Enhancement

The physical goals of the project were to construct traffic and pedestrian improvements to Station Place and to make sidewalk improvements along Greenwoods Road (Route 44). DTC, working with the citizens of the Town, established design goals to guide the project that included showcasing the natural and man-made amenities of Norfolk Town Center, enhancing visual and pedestrian links between the Town Center and the Town Green, promoting Norfolk's four-season charm and creating a strong sense of arrival to attract the attention of motorists on Route 44.
