Office Space Restacking
As the building engineers for a nine-story office building at 9 West Broad Street in Stamford, Connecticut, DTC provided all MEP services associated with the base building HVAC systems serving the various tenant spaces. We also provided Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection modifications for the base building systems serving approximately 185,000 square feet of office space and cafeteria.
