DTC Makes ENR Top 500
North Haven, Conn. --- The North Haven-based engineering firm, Diversified Technology Consultants has made the 2002 list of the nation's top design firms published by Engineering News Record.
The ENR Top 500 is an annual ranking of design forms according to revenues. Connecticut is home to six engineering and architectural firms that made the list.
DTC recently expanded of its management team to support its continued growth. The company's founders, Murali Atluru, Ph.D., P.E. and Leela Atluru have assumed roles of Chairman and Vice Chairperson, respectively and DTC's former Vice President, Sam Giavara, P.E. of Fairfield, has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer. Shay Atluru of North Haven, A. Graham Curtis of Madison and Thomas Tavella of Orange have each been promoted to Vice President. The Atlurus started the firm in 1979.
Founded in 1979 and headquartered in North Haven, DTC's staff of more than 125 professionals provides environmental and infrastructure services on a national level to government, business and industry in the fields of civil, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering, environmental sciences, landscape architecture, land planning and surveying. The firm's Federal Programs Division has projects in 17 states and Puerto Rico.
