DTC Launches Associates Program
North Haven, Conn. --- The North Haven-based engineering consulting firm, Diversified Technology
Consultants, Inc., has announced the inauguration of an Associates Program
as part of its continued management expansion.
DTC's
Board of Directors has appointed J. Andrew Bevilacqua, P.E. of Milford;
Honey DeRosa, of New Haven; Mike Horne, P.E. of Glastonbury; and Afsheen
Mashayekhi, P.E. of East Windsor as the firm's first associates.
Associates
have formal responsibility and authority for daily firm management and
client cultivation to ensure the firm's growth and success. This
program continues DTC's period of ownership transition that began
with the naming of Sam Giavara, P.E. as the firm's President and
Chief Operating Officer and three senior managers as vice presidents late
last year.
"The
Associates program is a designation within the firm to establish a level
of recognition, responsibility and status as both an incentive and as
a reward for dedication and achievement," Giavara said. "This
program strenghtens our continued efforts to optimize client service and
quality of work."
DTC's
founders, Murali Atluru, Ph.D., P.E. and Leela Atluru have assumed positions
as Chairman of the Board and Vice Chairperson, respectively.
