DTC Recognized by Army
North Haven, Conn. --- Diversified Technology Consultants' Federal Programs group was
the recipient of the quarterly Spirit of Safety Award from the U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers for design and construction work at Langley Air Force
Base in Virginia. The award was presented to DTC by Col. David L. Hansen
of the Corps' Norfolk District in recognition of excellence in safety
management.
In addition, the DTC
team received a commendation from Gen. Henry H. Shelton, former Chairman
of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and attended a Holiday celebration at the
residence of the current Chairman, Gen. Richard B. Myers at Fort Myer,
VA.
Founded in 1979 in North
Haven, Connecticut, DTC provides consulting engineering services for government
and business in the fields of civil, mechanical, electrical and structural
engineering, environmental sciences, landscape architecture, planning
and land surveying. The firm's Federal & Construction Group provides
Design/Build and Construction Management services to military and federal
agencies. A recipient of numerous State and New England Regional design
excellence awards, DTC employees more than 120 professionals and provides
services in 24 states and Puerto Rico.
