Ms. DeRosa has over 40 years of accounting experience in the industries of finance, politics, medical and manufacturing.
A graduate of the New Haven Academy of Business, she was previously the proprietor of a consulting company that specialized in selection through implementation and staff training of integrated accounting software. She is certified in IBM, Univac and Wang Programming.
Ms. DeRosa was brought onboard the DTC team in 1988 to implement a complete integrated accounting system. In 2001 she was promoted to Associate, and in 2010 she was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Accounting and Administration.
Her greatest career achievements include:
- Over 25 years of experience with DTC and its owners
- Structuring an accounting department with an outstanding professional reputation
Her department has an outstanding record in complex audits, such as:
- Department of Defense,
- Connecticut and Massachusetts DOT,
- Department of Labor, and
- Connecticut Workers Compensation.
