DTC provides innovative transportation planning, design and construction administration services including highways and urban streets, intersection improvements, bridges and drainage projects, airport, rail, public transit and waterfront containerized terminals.

To support our Transportation Division, we perform survey and GIS mapping, hydrology and hydraulic design, environmental permitting, mechanical and electrical engineering and landscape architecture. 

DTC has surveyed, designed or inspected road and bridge projects in excess of 1 billion dollars for state, municipal, and private clients. 

Our services range from application for funding to creative design to construction contract administration. DTC's knowledge of SAFETEA-LU, as well as its understanding of the next anticipated federal bill, provides a valuable asset for communities and planning agencies when implementing important bridge, arterial, signalization, bikeway, and multi-modal projects. 

DTC draws upon skilled management, established quality control and state-of-the-art software. Our Construction Engineering and Inspection Group has hands-on knowledge in the administration of civil works projects. The team's experience with highway, arterial and bridge improvements allows us to anticipate and deliver fast-track planning, implementation and execution.
