DTC provided design and construction services for the U.S. Army at its Portland, OR USARC Center under a $25,000,000 contract with the Louisville District of the Army Corps of Engineers. The work consisted of interior renovations and modernization, code updates, furniture packages, new finishes (floor, walls, ceiling) which compliment new furniture and signage. In addition, DTC designed new systems for HVAC and Electrical.
