DTC was commissioned to provide environmental consulting services to assist in the site selection process for a new 600-student K-8 school to be built in the Fair Haven section of New Haven, Connecticut.

DTC conducted Preliminary Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) of five (5) potential school sites chosen by the New Haven Public Schools, School Construction Program. Each potential school site was comprised of multiple city blocks of mixed residential, commercial and industrial land usage within the Fair Haven section of the City.
