DTC

For more than six years, DTC has been working with Pfizer to design and develop a series of projects that are intended to enhance redevelopment at its 24-acre Groton Plant Campus. DTC is dedicated to creating a "green industrial landscape" utilizing and integrating innovative site greening techniques into all of Pfizer's Groton redevelopment projects. Our team-based concept for design has aided in smooth coordination between the various entities both within the Pfizer family as well as between the public and other private firms involved with the design and construction operations of the various projects.
