DTC was retained by the Tarkinow Group of Newton, MA to provide permitting, planning, design and advocacy services for a 68,000 s.f. "big box" wholesale development in Hyannis, MA. 

As the project's Landscape Architect, DTC provided an in-depth, comprehensive planting plan that conformed to guidelines set by the client, the Cape Cod Commission's Regional Policy Plan and the Town of Barnstable.
