DTC

DTC, in conjunction with Michaels Development, is providing services for the Housing Authority of New Haven to create a safe, viable and thoughtfully designed mixed-income neighborhood. 

The existing site consists of 1950’s era barrack style low income housing units.  The proposed development provides a mix of affordable rental and homeownership units in a family oriented residential neighborhood. 

DTC is providing Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for this nearly 500 unit development.
