People's Bank of Connecticut Waterbury Commercial Mortgage Office retained DTC to provide construction observation on its commercial financed projects including an automotive dealership, CVS retail stores and a Super A&P supermarket.

DTC's main focus is to protect People's Bank's interest by assuring that the commercial loan on the project is being properly spent. DTC's responsibilities include field inspection and reporting, quality control and assurance reporting and requisition evaluation.
