DTC is under contract to the City of Shelton for the design of 3,350 feet of two-lane moderately developed urban collector roadway to correct safety issues and serious design deficiencies. The project includes survey; wetlands delineation, assessment and mitigation; geometric, signal; and retaining wall design as well as geotechnical investigations and hydraulics, drainage and utility design and permitting.
