DTC designed the entire structure as well as the complete infrastructure that supports the new high school including water distribution and metering, fire protection, access roads and parking, storm and sanitary sewers as well as coordination of utilities. As part of that process, DTC evaluated the cost for development of an on-site subsurface disposal system versus extending the municipal sewer system to the site. Once the Town elected to purse the latter, DTC designed a major pump station and force main to connect to the municipal system.
