DTC’s facilities and program management services can be tailored to each client and can include various delivery methods such as, design/bid/build, design/build, etc. We provide services to various clients including developers and contractors in the evaluation of buildings and, moving through the facility process from environmental assessment to comprehensive construction. Among other services, DTC’s construction group is able to assist engineering and building specialists in matrix analysis, cost and schedule management, RFP selection, etc.
