Andover, MA - Diversified Technology Consultants, Inc. (DTC) Chairman and CEO, Dr. Murali Atluru, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Finitz to Vice President of DTC. Finitz joined DTC in 2004 as Project Manager and as Manager of Massachusetts Operations in its Andover office. He has over 25 years of design experience on numerous public and private sector engineering projects. Currently, his work focuses on enhancing the safety of transportation infrastructures across New England including complex, multi-million dollar projects for highways, bridges, and tunnels; arteries, commuter rails, and transit systems; and historic renovations within urban environments. In addition to his role as Vice President, he is also the Principal in charge of DTC’s Systemwide Bridge Inspection Contract and Rating Services for the MBTA and Accelerated Bridge Preservation Contract with MassDOT. Due to his tireless efforts, the DTC Andover office has been designated the “bridge excellence center.” A registered Professional Engineer with licenses in Massachusetts, CT, Maine, and Vermont, Mr. Finitz holds memberships with the Boston Society of Civil Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, and American Council of Engineering Companies.
