Dear colleagues and friends, Forty-one years ago, we came to this country with little more than ambition. Drawing on hope, determination, and the generous help of our teachers, neighbors, family, friends and coworkers, we slowly built an engineering and construction consulting firm in 30 years from a two-person local operation to a major consulting firm with hundreds of employees and a presence across the country and around the world. As local communities grew and developed, so did our company. We responded to the needs of cities and towns by designing better and more efficient frameworks for the business of everyday life. Whether managing storm drainage systems, water pollution control systems, remediation of soils contaminated with hazardous and toxic wastes, building energy efficient schools, or making bridges and roads safer, we have immensely enjoyed making a contribution to strengthening our society’s infrastructure. Through the years, we have continually invested in our staff and maintained a high level of integrity while keeping pace with evolving methods and technology. We have always encouraged our professionals to toss out preconceived notions about how a project should be done, and draw upon their own exceptional creativity and insight to craft solutions that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. As we celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of our company, we are profoundly grateful to all of the people who have supported us and made our vision a reality.
